Safari Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival – Entebbe
Airport pickup, hotel transfer, and evening briefing with your safari guide.
Day 2: Shoebill Tracking & Mabira Forest
Explore Mabamba Swamp in search of the Shoebill. Afternoon transfer to Mabira Forest for night herping targeting vipers, frogs, and nocturnal wildlife.
Day 3: Mabira Herping : Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary
Morning herping followed by transfer to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary.
Day 4: Rhino Trekking : Murchison Falls
On-foot rhino tracking experience, then transfer to Murchison Falls and visit the top of the falls.
Day 5: Game Drive & Nile Boat Safari
Morning game drive and afternoon boat cruise with sightings of elephants, hippos, crocodiles, and more.
Day 6: Transfer to Kibale
Scenic drive through western Uganda to Kibale Forest.
Day 7: Chimpanzee Trekking
Track chimpanzees and explore Bigodi Wetland for additional primates and birdlife.
Day 8: Rwenzori Mountains Herping
Transfer to Rwenzori region. Afternoon and night herping targeting chameleons and vipers.
Day 9: Rwenzori : Queen Elizabeth
Morning herping followed by transfer and game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park.
Day 10: Game Drive & Boat Cruise
Wildlife drive and Kazinga Channel boat cruise. Transfer to Ishasha sector.
Day 11: Ishasha: Bwindi
Morning game drive and transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.
Day 12: Gorilla Trekking
Experience mountain gorilla trekking and Batwa cultural interaction.
Day 13: Lake Mburo
Boat cruise and night game drive in Lake Mburo National Park.
Day 14: Walking Safari
Guided walking safari and transfer to Kalisizo.
Day 15: Musambwa Island
Boat transfer to Musambwa Island, known for forest cobras and bird colonies. Transfer to Mityana.
Day 16–17: Mityana Forest Herping
Intensive herping targeting Gaboon vipers, bush vipers, mambas, and other reptiles.
Final Day: Departure
Transfer to Entebbe for departure flight.
